The role provides a daily rate plus a monthly room and board stipend, with non-taxable income under foster care provisions. Administrative support is available 24/7 to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver's License, active auto insurance, ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to work closely with administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Create a home: provide a safe, welcoming living environment.
• Daily support: assist with ADLs (cooking, cleaning, bathing) as needed.
• Health oversight: manage and ensure administration of prescribed medications.
• Empowerment: help the individual achieve personal goals and life skills.
• Community life: include the individual in family activities and outings.
• Compliance: maintain accurate daily documentation and high care standards.
