Job summary

Aogarciaagency is seeking self-motivated, sales-minded individuals for a remote role handling warm leads who have already expressed interest in financial-protection options. You will work from home, be trained and coached, and measured on activity and results.

Your daily tasks include guiding conversations, explaining benefits clearly, and assisting clients with enrollment when appropriate. Maintain a steady follow-up rhythm and participate in Zoom interviews as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Experience in remote or phone-based sales is a plus.
• Comfortable on camera and in virtual meetings.
• Ability to follow a written process and hit activity targets.
