This role provides remote work, a written process so you are not inventing the job, coaching from experienced colleagues, and a potential path into leadership for high performers who produce. Interviews take place on Zoom.

Qualifications

• Comfortable on camera required or preferred.
• Competitive attitude with drive to hit targets.
• Willingness to be coached and follow a structured process.

• Explain benefit options simply and clearly to clients.
