Qualifications

• Experience in childcare, education or caregiving.
• Ability to provide attentive one-on-one care while supporting multiple children when needed.
• Patience, energy, dependability, and willingness to engage with children.
• Understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, attentive, and compassionate care for children.
• Supervise daily routines with consistency and structure.
• Engage children in educational, recreational, and developmental activities.
• Assist with reading, homework, educational games, and skill-building activities.
• Encourage healthy habits including hygiene, exercise, nutrition, and self-care.
• Support children's social development through play and community activities.
• Develop positive relationships with each child and promote communication and independence.
• Plan activities based on each child’s interests and developmental needs.
• Transport or accompany children to activities and events as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of routines, activities, progress, and interests.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding needs and daily activities.
