Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Group Retreat Coordinator to coordinate and manage customized group travel experiences. This role is ideal for someone passionate about event-based travel and experienced in organizing logistics for corporate retreats, wellness getaways, social groups, or educational programs.

Working remotely, you will help clients create seamless, enriching travel experiences tailored to group needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand group travel objectives, themes, and logistical needs
  • Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and experiences for groups of varying sizes
  • Coordinate all elements of the group itinerary, including lodging, transportation, activities, and dining
  • Manage group bookings and maintain detailed records of all arrangements
  • Communicate with clients and travel vendors to confirm schedules, address updates, and resolve issues
  • Stay current with industry trends, group travel regulations, and destination-specific updates


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
