Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC seeks AFL caregivers to provide in-home support to individuals with I/DD and related needs in North Carolina. The role emphasizes person-centered planning, safety, and compassionate care by working as an independent contractor in a home setting.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, receive training, and contribute to achieving personal goals for individuals while maintaining dignity and privacy in every interaction.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 18 years old or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal background check, Healthcare Registry and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home support based on the person's goals and needs.
• Assist with meals, daily living activities, and personal care.
• Support transportation to medical, therapy, or recreational activities.
• Ensure the home environment is safe and respectful of privacy.
• Attend team meetings and help communicate progress toward goals.
