Job summary

Pinch is a Concierge Med Spa expanding in Minnesota, seeking APRNs to perform safe aesthetic treatments in clients' homes on a 1099 contractor basis. You set your own schedule, choose your clients, and benefit from malpractice coverage, overhead costs covered, and top-of-market compensation.

You will receive live toxin and injectable training, virtual skincare education, and access to Pinch marketing tools to grow your practice.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota APRN license.
• Certification in injectables or ability to complete Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
• Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients look their best.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training
• Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques
• Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network
• Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week
• Manage products and supplies responsibly
• Keep accurate and timely client records
• Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
• Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support
• Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business
