Qualifications
Master’s degree in Nurse Practitioner Certificate or from an accredited PA program required.
Current California Nurse Practitioner license or PA Certification in good standing.
Travel 75+% required with valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
Provide care to an assigned panel of members in senior living communities.
Collaborate with health care professionals for disease prevention.
Document member visits in a timely manner.
