Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nurse Practitioner Certificate or from an accredited PA program required.
• Current California Nurse Practitioner license or PA Certification in good standing.
• Travel 75+% required with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to an assigned panel of members in senior living communities.
• Collaborate with health care professionals for disease prevention.
• Document member visits in a timely manner.
