Job summary

SheLeads Staffing is seeking dedicated Behavior Therapists/RBTs to join our growing team in Massachusetts. This in-home, field-based role supports children and families with Applied Behavior Analysis, under strong clinical supervision, with opportunities for training and advancement.

You will deliver one-on-one therapy, implement individualized plans, collect data, and collaborate with parents, schools, and clinicians.

Qualifications

• 6 months-1 year of ABA experience preferred.
• BA/BS preferred in psychology, counseling, social work, education, or a related field.
• Availability primarily between 3pm-6pm, Monday-Friday, with a 1-year commitment.
• Background in autism, special needs, education, mental health, or ABA.
• Reliable transportation, MA driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavioral therapy and skills training to children, adolescents, and adults in home-based settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with confidence and independence, while knowing support is always available.
• Create fun, engaging, and motivating sessions for clients and families.
• Collect and maintain accurate session notes and data.
• Provide feedback, education, and recommendations to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, schools, and other service providers.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development.
