Torrey Holistics is seeking an appliance repair technician to diagnose and fix refrigerators, washers, dryers, and dishwashers at customers’ homes. You’ll use hand tools and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues to deliver top‑tier service.

Qualifications

• Hands-on problem solver who enjoys fixing things and figuring out root causes.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and hungry to grow in a skilled trade.
• Mechanical aptitude; experience with tools, maintenance, or repair is a plus.
• Flexible with scheduling and open to learning new repair categories.
• Able to safely lift and move up to 100 lbs and handle daily physical tasks.
• Comfortable using an iPhone and mobile app for parts ordering and job updates.
• EPA Certification (Type I or Universal) is a plus—we’ll help you obtain it if needed.
• Compliance: Must pass a background check and drug screening, and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers’ homes to diagnose and repair major appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, and dishwashers.
• Use your tools and technical know‑how to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Deliver a top‑tier customer experience—be the trusted expert in the home.
• Spot simple, value‑add solutions (like filters and maintenance plans) that keep appliances running longer and add to your earnings—smart service, not pushy sales.
• Keep your tools and vehicle organized; use a company vehicle or your own.
• Continuously expand your capabilities by learning new appliances and services.
• Support teammates and customers with professionalism and pride.
