Job description

Join us to apply for the Home and Community Based Therapist role at Northeast Family Services.

We are seeking caring and experienced therapists to join our growing team in New York! Under the direction of the Program Director, HCBT Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS’ policies. This is a full-time position offering a starting salary of $75,000 to $90,000 per year, plus benefits, with opportunities for bonuses and professional growth.

Responsibilities include providing structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes to treat behavioral health needs, collaborating with clients to help them access their strengths, and working in accordance with evidence-based practices.

Qualifications include a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field, clinical licensure or a limited permit in NY, and at least 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred. Fluency in English is required; bilingual Spanish is a plus. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred.
