Homecare Office Manager / Scheduler Coordinator

Join our compassionate and mission-driven team dedicated to delivering quality homecare services! We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Homecare Office Manager / Scheduler Coordinator to oversee operations and scheduling in our Freehold and Whiting offices.

About the Role:

This dual-function role is key to ensuring our caregivers are supported, our schedules run smoothly, and all onboarding and compliance requirements are met. The primary office location is in Freehold, with travel to Whiting approximately two days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee day-to-day administrative operations in the Freehold office and support the Whiting location.
  2. Create and manage caregiver schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage and continuity of care.
  3. Partner closely with the recruiter to support onboarding processes and collect all necessary documentation.
  4. Ensure new hires are fully vetted and all paperwork is completed before assigning them to client schedules.
  5. Verify that all caregivers receive proper orientation and required in-services prior to being placed on a case.
  6. Maintain compliance with HCBS policies and procedures, including caregiver uniforms, ID badges, and office protocols.
  7. Reinforce the importance of timely and accurate client care documentation and reporting procedures.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a homecare office setting, ideally with both scheduling and administrative oversight responsibilities.
  2. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  3. Detail-oriented, with a commitment to regulatory compliance and quality standards.
  4. Ability to travel regularly to Pines Village in Whiting, NJ (approx. two days per week).
