Job summary

MercyOne Iowa Heart Center is seeking a full-time Holter Technician for day shift. Must live in Iowa and have Holter tech experience. You will perform Holter testing and scanning, interpret rhythms, and document results in the EHR with accuracy.

You will educate patients, coordinate with nurses and physicians, maintain equipment, uphold confidentiality, and support QA and safety guidelines across MercyOne locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have Holter monitor testing experience.
• Telemetry and arrhythmia monitoring knowledge.
• Basic patient education and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains proficiency with monitor equipment and procedures.
• Screens medical records for appropriate orders and educates patients.
• Performs Holter testing and scanning with rhythm analysis.
• Documents findings in the EHR and billing system accurately.
