Program Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to oversee a significant dealer ERP solution program within the digital ecosystem. This role involves managing internal program communications and SharePoint site development to support a large-scale initiative involving 300-400 team members. The successful candidate will be integral in onboarding new team members and creating essential process documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint content that supports program transparency, accessibility, and alignment.
  • Facilitate effective internal communications to ensure consistent information flow across the program.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the program.
  • Ensure compliance with PMO standards and requirements.
  • Design, build, and maintain intuitive SharePoint pages that centralize program documentation and resources.
  • Develop and distribute program-wide communications including process updates and new materials.
  • Create job aids and visual content to drive understanding and adoption of PMO processes.
  • Audit and ensure adherence to relevant PMO policies and compliance standards.
  • Manage schedules, organize meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in designing, developing, and managing SharePoint content.
  • Creating workflows with Microsoft tools, including Power Automate.
  • Documenting training materials and process guides.
  • Strong ability to enable change through communication, training, and reinforcement of new processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to optimize PMO processes.
  • Experience with Confluence and project management.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI, Azure DevOps, and Miro is advantageous.
  • This position is 100% remote but requires residency near Chicago IL, Peoria IL, Champaign IL, Denver CO, Dallas TX, or Phoenix AZ, with potential on-site requirements.
Work Environment

The role is predominantly remote, requiring the candidate to be local to specific locations. There may be occasions where on-site presence is necessary. The work involves using advanced technologies and software tools to support a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $53.00/hr.
