Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in the commercial door and hardware industry.
• Current US driver's license preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises hollow metal production areas including Machine Shop, Setup, Welding, Grinding and Paint.
• Monitors material flow, QA, and efficiency at all points in the process.
• Oversees daily production schedules and adjusts to meet deadlines.
• Coordinates workload and shipments with the shipping department.
• Ensures preventive maintenance and maintains adequate shop supplies.
• Trains and communicates job expectations to associates; supports appraisals.
