Job summary

Structural Precast Erectors LLC in Cape Coral, FL is seeking a skilled Hollow-Core Installer / Precast Erector to join our growing team. This hands-on role places and secures precast concrete components that form the backbone of commercial and residential buildings, requiring precision, teamwork, and safety-first practice.

You will read structural drawings, coordinate with crane operators and general contractors, and perform grouting, patching, and finishing on joints.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in precast concrete erection or hollow-core installation.
• Familiarity with rigging, signaling, and crane-assisted lifts.
• Ability to read and follow structural drawings and erection plans.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
• Must be comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, safety-first team player.
• Valid driver’s license and transport to job sites in and around Cape Coral, FL.

Responsibilities

• Install hollow-core precast concrete planks, panels, and components on commercial and residential job sites
• Operate rigging equipment and work alongside crane operators to safely lift and set precast elements
• Read and interpret structural blueprints, shop drawings, and erection plans
• Ensure proper alignment, bearing, and placement of precast units per engineering specifications
• Perform grouting, patching, and finishing work on precast connections and joints
• Follow all OSHA safety protocols and site-specific safety requirements
• Coordinate with general contractors, site supervisors, and other trades on the job site
