Areas Of Accountability

• Carry out daily production plans as communicated by supervisors.
• Complete tasks related to panel production.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production area.
• Install rebar and strand.
• Pour and finish concrete.
• Strip out panels after completion.
• Patch and repair panels as needed.
• Support safe and efficient workplace practices.
• Perform preventive maintenance and support SOP development.
• Assist in identifying variances to daily plans.
• Support cross-training and promote quality at the source.
• Manage tools and machinery responsibly.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow safety policies and promote compliance.
• Contribute to company objectives of low cost and high quality.
• Focus on productivity, cost reduction, and quality communication.

Requirements
