The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. They are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. The role includes overseeing daily store operations, managing store presentation, staffing, training, and development, and fostering an inclusive environment for both team and customers. Our Assistant Managers have opportunities to grow into future leadership roles within the store organization.
