Job summary

Rockefeller Capital Management seeks a Wealth Planning Analyst to join the Global Family Office Wealth Planning Center. You will conduct in-depth data collection, analysis, and data entry to create robust financial plans and support Wealth Advisory divisions in a team‑centric client service model.

You will gather extensive financial information, enter client data into planning software, and prepare materials for client meetings, coordinating with specialists to address needs and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CFP designation preferred or the desire to obtain and/or maintain at least one firm approved designation.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• eMoney experience preferred
• Strong organization skills and the ability to multitask and reprioritize within tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills on complex matters, both written and oral
• Enthusiastic and positive approach to problem-solving and client service
• Strong collaboration and partnership skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, root cause and effects and develop strategies to increase growth and mitigate risk.
• Ability to identify client needs and concerns, and articulate appropriate approach to align solutions to goals in a suitable and controlled way.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather extensive financial information to drive plan creation.
• Enter client information into planning software.
• Schedule and prepare materials for and participate in client meetings.
• Leverage financial data to identify possible solutions to meet client needs and goals.
• Engage specialists and partners to address client needs and deliver solutions.
• Monitor and update client information and plan changes on a consistent basis.
• Develop a broad understanding of all aspects of holistic financial planning, including but not limited to income and estate and gift tax planning and charitable planning.
