Rockefeller Capital Management is seeking a Wealth Planning Analyst to join the Global Family Office Wealth Planning Center. This role focuses on data collection, analysis, and entry to create comprehensive financial plans.

You will support planning across income, estate, gift tax, philanthropy, insurance, and investment management, collaborating with specialists to deliver tailored solutions for clients. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree, have strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• CFP designation preferred or willingness to obtain one.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• eMoney experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication; collaborative approach.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather extensive financial information to drive plan creation.
• Enter client information into planning software.
• Schedule and prepare materials for and participate in client meetings.
• Leverage financial data to identify solutions that meet client goals.
• Engage specialists and partners to address client needs and deliver solutions.
• Monitor and update client information and plan changes regularly.
• Build broad knowledge of holistic financial planning, including income, estate, gift tax, and charitable planning.
