Transcend Dental Health in North Austin, TX, is seeking a compassionate, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our full-time team. We practice a holistic, biological approach that emphasizes prevention, patient education, and the link between oral health and overall wellness.

The RDH will perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, SRP, radiographs, and individualized hygiene plans, while educating patients and maintaining precise documentation.

Qualificações

• Texas RDH license (current).
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Strong clinical skills in periodontal assessment and treatment.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Interest in holistic, biological, and preventive dentistry.
• Previous dental hygiene experience preferred, but motivated candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, SRP, and preventive treatments.
• Perform periodontal probing, charting, and health evaluations.
• Obtain diagnostic radiographs per protocol.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and the link to overall wellness.
• Develop individualized hygiene plans and recall intervals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation of findings and education.
• Collaborate with dentist and clinical team for coordinated care.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols and maintain a clean operatory.
• Support the hygiene recall program to ensure continuity of care.
