Job summary

Performance Optimal Health in Darien, CT is seeking passionate Physical Therapists to advance a holistic Four Pillars approach through exceptional patient care and collaboration with coaches, trainers, and nutritionists.

You will assess orthopedic and post-op patients, design evidence-based care plans, document in our EMR, and contribute to a multidisciplinary team while growth opportunities such as mentorship, CEU support, and residency programs are available.

Qualifications

• Valid PT license (or eligibility) required.
• DPT from an accredited program.
• Experience or interest in ortho/sports rehab; OCS/SCS a plus.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat clients with orthopedic and post-op conditions
• Build evidence-based care plans with measurable goals
• Document effectively in our EMR system and maintain compliance
• Collaborate across disciplines and mentor peers
