Job summary

JoB Training & Coaching is seeking a dedicated Pelvic Physical Therapist to join a patient-centered clinic in Iowa. This on-site role offers a low-volume setting with ample time per patient and a holistic, hands-on approach. The ideal candidate holds a DPT or equivalent, is licensed or eligible, and has 1+ year of experience (3+ preferred). EU citizenship is requested.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent required.
• Active or eligible Physical Therapy license.
• Minimum 1+ year experience in a similar role.
• Interest or experience in pelvic health.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for hands-on, holistic patient care.
• Ability to build trust and long-term patient relationships.
• EU citizenship and a valid passport required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat pelvic health conditions with a one-on-one, 60-minute sessions.
• Apply manual therapy techniques alongside exercise and education.
• Develop individualized care plans with the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and participate in case discussions.
• Support patient engagement through education, workshops, and outreach.
• Contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused clinical environment.
