About the Role

We’re hiring a Pelvic Physical Therapist for a boutique, cash-based pelvic therapy clinic in Dubuque, Iowa. This is a low-volume, quality-focused environment where you’ll treat 5–7 patients per day in 60-minute, one-on-one sessions. Both experienced therapists and recent graduates are welcome—mentorship is available.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat pelvic floor dysfunction, postpartum recovery, pain, incontinence, and prolapse
• Use manual therapy, exercise, patient education, and holistic techniques
• Collaborate with the in-house shockwave therapy team when needed
• Focus primarily on female patients (occasional male cases)
• Participate in weekly case discussions and team collaboration
• Document accurately in EMR
• Support caseload growth via patient relationships, education, and community engagement

Who You Are

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• Active Iowa PT license or eligibility
• Pelvic health experience preferred—but mentorship is available
• Strong communication, manual therapy, and patient relationship skills
• Passionate about hands-on, holistic care
