THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands is seeking a Movement Instructor to deliver comprehensive movement and yoga classes, integrating anatomy, philosophy, music, and adjustments. You will work with doctors, practitioners, and professionals to uphold standards of excellence and create an inclusive, supportive environment for all members and guests.

The role requires a minimum 200-hour teacher training, 2+ years of live teaching, and sequencing experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 200-hour teacher training is required.
• 500-hour certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of live teaching experience.
• Sequencing training is required.
• Commitment to delivering safe, inclusive, and high-quality instruction.

Responsibilities

• Teach COMPLETE and Strength & Conditioning classes, including yoga, reflecting training and expertise.
• Foster a respectful, supportive, and inclusive environment for members, guests and colleagues.
• Record and update relevant member information in the community database and share updates with practitioners.
• Develop and implement innovative programs aligned with current wellness trends.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized studio before, during, and after each class.
• Monitor equipment cleanliness and supply levels; report maintenance needs.
• Follow all safety protocols and respond appropriately to injuries or emergencies.
• Provide adjustments only with member consent per conduct policies.
• Maintain a consistent teaching schedule and communicate with leadership.
• Foster a mindful movement community; ensure spaces and equipment are well cared for.
