Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and respond to health concerns and treatment needs.

• Provide health education and wellness information to individuals and staff.
• Document assessments, care plans, and progress notes accurately and timely.
• Participate in crisis support and on‑call rotations as required.
