Job summary

The Flossery in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Dentist with a holistic, functional approach to join our growing team. Our fee-for-service practice emphasizes the mouth-body connection and uses modern tech to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.

We offer a salary range of $150,000–$275,000 per year, with standard Monday–Friday hours and a 8-hour daily shift. Senior-level clinical experience and a Massachusetts license are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts dental license.
• Senior-level clinical experience preferred.
• Interest or experience in biological dentistry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dental care focusing on the holistic health of patients, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.
• Incorporate a functional, whole-body approach to dentistry, emphasizing the mouth’s role in systemic health.
• Work with the latest technologies such as Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF), Laser Dentistry, and Cone Beam CT (CBCT) to enhance treatment planning and patient outcomes.
• Educate patients about the relationship between oral health and overall wellness, empowering them to make informed decisions.
• Work closely with a dedicated team of dental professionals and support staff to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes in a friendly, positive environment.
