Job summary

Passion Dental is seeking a motivated General Dentist to join our established practice across Worcester, MA and other Western MA locations. You will manage bread-and-butter dentistry with support for more advanced procedures and referrals as needed, in a busy, patient-centric environment.

The practice offers strong clinical support, an established patient base, and a flexible schedule with full-time or part-time options.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD licensed (or eligible) in MA.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and case presentation ability.
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Bread-and-butter dentistry including restorative, crowns, bridges, fillings.
• Opportunity to expand into advanced procedures based on experience and interest.
• Supported referrals for specialty cases when needed.
