Scottsdale Family Smiles is seeking a Certified Dental Assistant to join our holistic dental team in Scottsdale, AZ. The role supports dentists and hygienists, prepares treatment rooms, takes X-rays, and manages records and supplies to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The ideal candidate holds an Arizona x-ray certification, a CDA or equivalent, and excels in communication, organization, and teamwork while maintaining top safety and hygiene standards. Full-time hours Monday–Thursday.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona x-ray certification required.
• Coronal polish certification or willingness to obtain.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists and dental hygienists in procedures to ensure efficient, safe care.
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and set up equipment.
• Take and process dental X-rays following safety protocols.
