Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our store team on a short-term basis. You will deliver outstanding guest service, support sales initiatives, and assist with inventory, merchandising, and store maintenance during peak seasonal days.

The ideal candidate will have 18+ years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior retail or guest service experience preferred. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain a welcoming shopping environment during peak seasons.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per company guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure items are presented well.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices including safety awareness.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures including attendance and confidentiality.
