Five Below is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to join our busy holiday team. You will greet customers, answer questions, process transactions, and restock displays to keep the floor vibrant and inviting.

You’ll use basic tech at the register, handle multiple customers, and help drive sales through product knowledge and friendly service. The role runs October through January, with varied shifts to fit business needs.

Qualifications

• 16+ years old or older.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Comfortable with technology and basic devices used at checkout.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to handle customer issues politely and professionally.
• Able to gather info and solve simple problems.
• Willing to learn procedures through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and efficiently.
• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate merchandise.
• Promote store events and promotions to boost sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer solutions, including exchanges.
