Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information gathering to solve problems on the sales floor.
• On-the-job training will provide procedural knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and provide assistance to multiple customers.
• Understand customer needs and offer product knowledge, recommendations, and directions to merchandise.
• Promote store events and promotions to enhance shopping experience and drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and propose solutions, aiming to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate restocking needs and customer feedback to management in a timely manner.
• Support team toward store objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
