Bass Pro Shops in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Seasonal Events Associate to support store events and short-term assignments throughout the year, helping ensure a positive shopping experience.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, product recommendations based on customer needs, and active participation in scheduled events, workshops, and in-store activities while keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized. Evening and weekend shifts may be required to deliver a legendary experience.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Ability to handle discounts and cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to enter data and analyze simple reports.

• Support a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Provide a legendary experience for every customer, every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions and promoting programs.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers, children and customers.
• Assist with the execution of seasonal events.
• Keep work area clean, neat and safe at all times.
• All other duties as assigned
