Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is a rapidly growing women’s fashion company seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) at our Greensboro, NC location. You will drive revenue through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and maintaining a clean, well‑maintained store environment.

You’ll work toward individual and store goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience and collaborating with management on daily operations and merchandising. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform related tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs and delivering on Altar'd State service standards.
Build guest relationships and loyalty through product knowledge and friendly interaction.
Complete opening/closing procedures and store tasks with a guest-focused approach.
Locate merchandise efficiently and maintain organized stock and presentations.
Process transactions accurately at the register and handle cash with care.
Assist in merchandising and window displays to maintain a clean, presentable store.
Represent the brand through appropriate dress and grooming standards.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Store Leadership, theBrand Representative (Sales Associate) drives revenue and provides guests with exceptional service, through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and presenting a clean, well-maintained store environment. Consistently achieves individual sales associate goals, which support store goals.

Completes opening/closing procedures and sales associate tasks as directed by management with a guest focus

Is able to perform register transactions quickly and efficiently
Is able to process transactions accurately, as well as handle cash and provide change without error
Adheres to loss prevention practices and is aware of and reports potential incidents, to ensure shortage control and to protect Company assets
Maintains a safe work environment and reports any potential hazards to leadership
Participates and assists in the preparation for the stores’ inventory
Reports to work as scheduled; records time worked accurately by using Altar’d State’s time and attendance system; remains flexible to the needs of the business

Presentation

Assists in the construction of merchandising and window displays
Maintains a clean and presentable store environment
Represents the brand by adhering to appropriate standards of dress and grooming

Qualifications

Brand Representatives(Sales Associates) m ust be at least 18 years of age
Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
