Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) in Durham, NC. You will deliver exceptional guest service, build relationships with guests, share product knowledge, and maintain a clean, well-organized store environment.

You will consistently meet individual sales goals to support store performance while upholding Altar’d State service standards, with opportunities for advancement in a values-driven team.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Physically capable of standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and/or squatting; ability to lift 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

Assist in opening/closing procedures and store tasks with a guest focus.
Locate merchandise and keep shelves organized for customers.
Process register transactions quickly and accurately; handle cash and provide change.
Adhere to loss prevention practices and protect store assets.
Maintain a safe, clean store environment and participate in inventory preparation.
Record time worked accurately and stay flexible to business needs.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Store Leadership, the Brand Representative (Sales Associate) drives revenue and provides guests with exceptional service, through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and presenting a clean, well-maintained store environment. Consistently achieves individual sales associate goals, which support store goals.

Adheres to loss prevention practices and is aware of and reports potential incidents, to ensure shortage control and to protect Company assets
Maintains a safe work environment and reports any potential hazards to leadership
Participates and assists in the preparation for the stores’ inventory
Reports to work as scheduled; records time worked accurately by using Altar’d State’s time and attendance system; remains flexible to the needs of the business

Presentation

Assists in the construction of merchandising and window displays
Maintains a clean and presentable store environment
Represents the brand by adhering to appropriate standards of dress and grooming

Qualifications

Brand Representatives (Sales Associates) must be at least 18 years of age
Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
