Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) to drive revenue and deliver exceptional service to guests.

You will build relationships, share product knowledge, and maintain a clean, well-presented store environment to support store goals. Reporting to Store Leadership, you will consistently meet personal sales goals, handle transactions efficiently, and contribute to a positive shopping experience across 130+ locations.

Qualifications

Provides excellent guest service by anticipating guest needs and building relationships.
Maintains a clean, well-organized store environment and merchandise presentation.
Accurately processes transactions and handles cash with precision.
Adheres to loss prevention practices and safety for assets and customers.
Flexible to meet business needs and participate in inventory and opening/closing duties.

Responsibilities

Completes opening/closing procedures and sales associate tasks with a guest-focused approach.
Locates merchandise efficiently and maintains organization.
Processes register transactions quickly and accurately; provides correct change.
Adheres to loss prevention practices and protects company assets.
Maintains a safe work environment and supports inventory preparations.
Reports to work as scheduled and uses time-tracking systems.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Store Leadership, theBrand Representative(Sales Associate) drives revenue and provides guests with exceptional service, through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and presenting a clean, well-maintained store environment. Consistently achieves individual sales associate goals, which support store goals.

Is able to process transactions accurately, as well as handle cash and provide change without error
Adheres to loss prevention practices and is aware of and reports potential incidents, to ensure shortage control and to protect Company assets
Maintains a safe work environment and reports any potential hazards to leadership
Participates and assists in the preparation for the stores' inventory
Reports to work as scheduled; records time worked accurately by using Altar'd State's time and attendance system; remains flexible to the needs of the business

Presentation

Assists in the construction of merchandising and window displays
Maintains a clean and presentable store environment
Represents the brand by adhering to appropriate standards of dress and grooming

Qualifications

Brand Representatives(Sales Associates) must be at least 18 years of age
Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
