Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Brand Representative in Richmond, VA to deliver exceptional guest service and build relationships with customers.

You will support merchandising, operate the register accurately, and help maintain a clean, inviting store environment in line with brand standards. Responsibilities include opening/closing tasks, inventory prep, and adherence to loss prevention policies, with emphasis on guest satisfaction and reliable attendance in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Brand Representatives must be at least 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening/closing procedures and sales associate tasks with a guest focus.
• Locate merchandise effectively and maintain organization.
• Process transactions accurately, as well as handle cash and provide change.
• Adhere to loss prevention practices and report potential incidents.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards to leadership.
• Participate in store inventory preparation and restocking.
• Record time worked accurately and be flexible to business needs.
