Paycom - ATS is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver world class service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, explain product features, and process transactions at the POS while maintaining merchandising standards.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, with a focus on teamwork, accuracy, and courteous customer interactions in a store setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail is preferred but not required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask while assisting customers and adapting to business needs.
• Team-oriented with a professional demeanor and attire.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers warmly, understanding their needs.
• Explain product features and benefits with in-depth knowledge.
• Suggest additional items to enhance sales using effective techniques.
• Process transactions accurately at the POS and manage customer information.
• Maintain merchandising standards and stocking on the sales floor.
• Keep the store clean and organized, and participate in training as required.
