Job summary

Five Below seeks part-time Seasonal Sales Associates to be at the heart of the holiday rush. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and guide purchases while keeping the floor stocked and organized.

This temporary role runs October through January, offering flexible hours and a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You should be at least 16, comfortable with basic technology, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• On-the-job training will teach procedural knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: acknowledge customers and provide help across multiple customers.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns by offering alternatives and aiming for exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management about restocking and customer feedback.
• Support team goals to contribute to a positive work environment.
