Job summary

This position offers competitive pay, a fun work environment, and clothing discounts. Must be available Tue–Fri, 11am–6pm through December 31st, with flexibility for Black Friday, Shop Small Saturday, and leading up to Christmas.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales quotas as directed by management.

Sugar Belle's in Winchester is seeking outgoing, reliable & hard-working individuals to join our Holiday Sales Team! If you're motivated, have excellent verbal communication skills, and have a strong passion for fashion -- WE WANT YOU! • Position Requirements**
• Must be available to work Tuesday - Friday, 11am - 6pm through December 31st.
• Must be available to work Black Friday (Nov. 26th), Shop Small Saturday (Nov. 27th) & have flexibility leading up to Christmas!

DUTIES INCLUDE (but Are Not Limited To)

• Consistently meeting & exceeding sales quotas set by management
• Welcoming customers with a smile & offering assistance
• Maintaining all store policies & procedures
• Performing opening & closing duties as needed
• Proactively engaging & interacting with customers by building customer confidence, offering suggestions to provide an exceptional shopping experience
• Providing expert product knowledge and styling assistance
• Managing sales and handling transactions
• Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the entire store
• Updating racks and mannequins with the latest arrivals
• Creating displays for the sales floor and windows
• Keeping up-to-date with all Special Promotions & informing customers of sales
• Following company procedure to receive, open and unpack store merchandise
• Managing inventory & the efficient fulfillment of orders into and out of the warehouse
• Tagging, barcoding, steaming, etc. new inventory with speed & accuracy

Prior retail sales experience preferred, but not required!
