Job summary

Sugar Belle's Boutique in Winchester, KY is seeking outgoing, reliable and hard-working individuals to join our Holiday Sales Team. If you're motivated, have excellent verbal communication skills, and have a strong passion for fashion -- WE WANT YOU!

This position offers competitive pay, a fun work environment, and clothing discounts. Must be available Tue–Fri, 11am–6pm through December 31st, with flexibility for Black Friday, Shop Small Saturday, and leading up to Christmas.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills for customer interactions.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a retail setting.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales quotas as directed by management.
• Greet customers and assist with product selection.
• Maintain store policies and procedures; perform opening/closing duties.
• Engage with customers to build confidence and provide styling suggestions.
• Process transactions and manage merchandise with speed and accuracy.
• Keep store clean, organized, and visually appealing; update displays and racks.
• Inform customers about promotions and discounts.
