Job summary

Five Below is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate for the holiday season (October through January) to join our energetic store environment in Avon, OH. You will greet customers, provide product knowledge, process transactions, and help keep the floor well-stocked while delivering a seamless checkout experience.

The role emphasizes excellent people skills, adaptability to a fast-paced setting, and a willingness to learn store procedures and technology.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Comfortable with technology (computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions politely and professionally.
• Able to learn procedures via on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: acknowledge customers and provide assistance.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer exchanges when possible.
