Job summary

Five Below is seeking dedicated Seasonal Sales Associates for the holiday season (October through January). The role is centered in in-store operations, engaging customers, stocking merchandise, and ensuring smooth checkout experiences.

Candidates should be at least 16, flexible with schedule, comfortable with technology, and able to communicate effectively. This is a part-time, hourly position with opportunities to learn and contribute to a vibrant retail team.

Qualifications

• 16 years old or older
• Flexible schedule availability
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, hand-held/mobile devices)
• Strong communication with customers
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally
• Able to gather basic information to solve problems
• Willing to learn procedures via on-the-job training

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and offering recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer alternatives to improve outcomes.
• Communicate restocking needs and customer feedback to management.
• Support team and store goals to contribute to a positive environment.
• Additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
