Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service, maintain organized merchandise, and ensure the floor stays well-stocked during the October–January holiday season.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, promoting events, and assisting with checkout. Candidates should be 16+, tech-friendly, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.
• Understand needs and recommend merchandise; drive sales.
• Inform customers about promotions and events to enhance shopping.
• Resolve concerns and turning returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate stock and service needs to management in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals and maintain a positive environment.
• Additional responsibilities to be assigned by the Store Manager as needed.
