Five Below is seeking a friendly Seasonal Sales Associate to join our center of activity during the busy holiday season (October through January). You will greet customers, provide product knowledge, ring up purchases, stock merchandise, and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

The role emphasizes excellent service, POS familiarity, and flexibility in hours. Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, comfortable with technology, and able to handle fast-paced interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Learn procedural knowledge from on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, providing assistance and handling multiple customers.
• Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and offering recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
