Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old or older.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Excellent people and sales skills; strong communication ability.
• Able to handle customer interactions politely and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, acknowledge customers and provide help.
• Understand customer needs, share product knowledge, and offer recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer alternatives where possible.
• Communicate merchandise restocking needs and feedback to management.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and a positive environment.
• Maintain awareness that duties may expand at Store Manager's direction.
