The role centers on delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining well-stocked merchandise, and ensuring smooth checkout experiences. It’s temporary from October through January, with hourly pay starting at $15.00.

Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, flexible, tech-savvy, and good communicators who can learn on the job and help drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and efficiently.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.

• Resolve customer concerns and offer exchanges when possible.
• Communicate stock and service needs to management.
• Support team and store goals to maintain a positive environment.
• Additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
