Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for the holiday season. You will deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, and ensure the floor is stocked while providing seamless checkout experiences. The role runs October through January and involves flexible scheduling and handling various store tasks.

Candidates should be at least 16, comfortable with technology, and ready to engage customers with enthusiasm, problem-solve, and support store goals.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, providing assistance and handling multiple customers efficiently.
• Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and offering recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
• Resolve customer concerns with product knowledge, aiming for exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management about restocking, service requirements and feedback.
• Support team and company goals through collaboration and positive in-store behavior.
