Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join during the holiday season. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers find products while delivering friendly, high-energy service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Roles include assisting with store tasks, driving program enrollment, and maintaining brand standards. Available to work peak holiday days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Includes a 40% merchandise discount and product samples where applicable.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work peak periods including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out.
• Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain clean, engaging store environment.
