Job summary

Five Below is seeking energetic Seasonal Sales Associates to join our holiday season team. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help shoppers find items while promoting promotions. This temporary role supports fast-moving sales and requires a friendly, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

At least 16 years old.
Available to work a flexible schedule.
Comfortable with technology (computers, cash registers, handheld devices).
Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
Able to learn procedures from on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers promptly and provide assistance.
Understand customer needs and offer product knowledge and recommendations.
Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
Resolve customer concerns and convert returns into exchanges when possible.
